Our approach is distinguished by an exclusive methodology inspired by Brazilian futsal and guided by the expertise of athlete Douglas Costa. This methodology is implemented by a team of highly qualified professionals who not only focus on enhancing soccer skills like dribbling and agility but also foster holistic development, including motor skills and cognitive abilities. Our entire staff is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, ensuring effective communication and support for all athletes.

Born in Sapucaia do Sul (RS), our ambassador, Douglas Costa de Souza, began to shine in futsal at an early age. In 2001, he joined Grêmio’s youth teams, where his soccer journey truly began. His exceptional talent and game-changing abilities quickly set him apart, leading to his professional debut with Grêmio in 2008. His remarkable performances earned him a spot in the Brazilian national team, where he showcased his skill on the world stage.
Douglas Costa’s European career took off when he joined Shakhtar Donetsk in 2010, winning numerous titles including five Ukrainian Championships. He later moved to Bayern Munich, where he added three Bundesliga titles and a Club World Cup to his accolades. In 2017, he signed with Juventus, securing three Serie A titles. His journey eventually led him to Los Angeles, where he joined the LA Galaxy, creating a strong connection with the local community.
Douglas Costa’s illustrious career and extensive experience in top-tier soccer form the foundation of the DC Flash Academy. Our academy, inspired by Douglas’s Brazilian roots and his time at elite clubs, is dedicated to developing young athletes. With a focus on motor and cognitive development, we aim to cultivate the next generation of soccer stars. Our highly qualified staff, fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, provide exceptional training that enhances skills and instills values such as teamwork and discipline.

The Brazilian Methodology
Our training method was envisioned by Douglas and it is carefully planned to improve children’s athletic skills and to promote their social and personal growth. Through innovative techniques and tested practices, we prepare our pupils to succeed in and out of the field.
Private and Group Sessions
Our Private and Group Sessions provide personalized training, specifically tailored to each athlete’s needs. Whether it’s improving technique, boosting confidence, or refining skills, our expert coaches focus on individual development to help players reach their full potential.
Focus on the psychomotor improvement of the player
Our methodology is focused on the development of athletes’ motor skills, balance, agility, and spatial perception to make sure that each one of them is built from the ground up hence guaranteeing a successful future.

We treasure our player’s smiles, freedom, creativity, and spontaneity in our training sessions. We create a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere so that our apprentices can explore and develop their skills with enthusiasm and joy. Soccer becomes a pleasant a gratifying part of their lives.

Creativity and style are well-known trademarks of the Brazilian soccer. Our practices stimulate improvisation and wit in the field, allowing our players to explore their style to bring forth their version of “ginga”.
Futsal
At DC Flash Academy, we believe that futsal is essential for young soccer players’ development. Just as it was for our ambassador, Douglas Costa, and other soccer legends like Neymar, Ronaldinho, and Rodrygo, futsal provides the perfect foundation for a future in professional soccer. This dynamic indoor game hones skills such as quick thinking, precise ball control, and agility.
Our futsal program mirrors the successful pathways of these great athletes. Through engaging, high-intensity training sessions, our young players develop crucial motor and cognitive abilities. The small-sided nature of futsal demands creativity, improvisation, and rapid decision-making, preparing athletes for professional levels and instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and resilience.
